Responsibilities
We are representing a confidential SaaS organization in Cologne that is seeking an intern to support their Finance & Controlling team. In this role, you will:
- Manage accounts receivable and monitor payment deadlines, working closely with the team lead to ensure efficient financial processes
- Handle outgoing invoices, maintain the invoice register, and process supplier invoices independently using DATEV
- Prepare monthly management reports (BWA) with attention to detail and support the quarterly preparation of shareholder meetings
- Execute monthly payment runs and coordinate with external tax advisors to maintain smooth financial operations
What We're Looking For
Our talent team is seeking candidates who meet the following criteria:
- Currently enrolled student (minimum 3rd semester) in Business Administration, Economics, or a comparable field
- Ideally, prior internship experience in controlling or finance
- Strong analytical skills with financial metrics and very good Excel proficiency
- Detail-oriented approach to work
- Excellent communication skills in both German and English, with a professional demeanor
