About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential advanced materials manufacturing organization seeking a Change Business Partner - MRP to support strategic transformation across their operations in South Korea. This is a remote, 12-month fixed-term contract role focused on the people-side of implementing new systems, processes, and behaviors that drive efficiency and growth.
The position centers on enabling robust Material Requirements Planning (MRP) processes within an ERP environment, particularly Microsoft D365, to ensure supply chain accuracy, production efficiency, and inventory optimization. You'll work closely with business unit leaders, site managers, and functional teams to align change initiatives with manufacturing priorities.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership and functional teams, aligning change initiatives with manufacturing and business priorities
- Lead and support change management efforts related to process improvements and ERP implementations, notably for MRP and sales & operational planning
- Conduct business impact assessments, readiness analyses, and stakeholder mapping across production sites, sales offices, and central functions
- Assess training needs and coordinate training delivery to support adoption
- Develop and execute communication and engagement plans to ensure smooth transitions with minimal disruption to operations
- Identify resistance and risks to adoption across business units and develop practical strategies to address them
- Collaborate with operational teams to coordinate integrated change activities
- Promote continuous improvement culture by embedding new behaviors, tools, and mindsets at all organizational levels
- Track and report business change readiness, identifying gaps and proposing mitigating actions
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum 5 years of experience in change, transformation, or multi-site operational roles within manufacturing or industrial sectors
- Deep understanding of shop floor processes, operations, production workflows, and supply chain dynamics
- Hands-on experience supporting or deploying MRP modules in ERP systems (Microsoft D365 or similar), with a track record of driving adoption and performance improvement
- Ability to bridge the gap between IT system design and operational execution for MRP and related planning functions
- Experience delivering change management within an industrial or manufacturing environment
- Understanding and advocacy of good practices for MRP, P2P, Forecast to stock processes, and margin management
- Proven ability to build relationships and influence frontline teams, middle management, and senior leaders
- Strong communication and facilitation skills, particularly in operational and technical contexts
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and operational excellence frameworks is an advantage
- Change Management or Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or higher) is an advantage
- Comfortable working at different organizational levels and flexible to adapt to changing business needs
