Bilanzbuchhalter (m/w/d) Fonds-Immobiliengesellschaft

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential real estate investment organization in Munich seeking an experienced accounting professional to manage financial reporting for fund and property holding entities.

In this role, you will:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations for multiple fund and real estate entities, including GmbH and GmbH & Co. KG structures
• Handle complex multi-tier ownership models and consolidated group structures
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements with independent assessment of accounting treatment
• Create financial statements according to HGB standards; experience with KAGB reporting frameworks is highly valued
• Ensure timely delivery of internal and external financial reports and analyses
• Develop forecasts, projections, and plan-versus-actual variance analyses
• Collaborate with auditors, business partners, and internal stakeholders on accounting and financial reporting matters
• Participate actively in resolving complex technical accounting issues and maintain reliable financial data

What We're Looking For

• Completed certification as Bilanzbuchhalter (IHK) or qualification as Steuerfachangestellter
• Several years of professional experience in financial accounting and reporting
• Strong command of all accounting areas: general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and fixed assets
• Proven ability to independently prepare and manage annual financial statements under HGB
• Knowledge of KAGB or fund/capital management company accounting is a strong advantage
• Proficiency with MS Office applications; SAP experience is beneficial
• Meticulous, structured, and self-directed work approach
• Strong team collaboration skills with reliability and composure when handling complex matters
• Pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset when approaching new challenges
