Senior Artist Manager / Influencer Manager (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential digital marketing organization seeking a Senior Artist Manager / Influencer Manager to join their Berlin team. In this role, you will:

• Lead the talent management team as primary point of contact for artists and influencers
• Acquire new partnership opportunities, prepare proposals, and respond to incoming collaboration requests
• Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with brands, vendors, and service providers
• Develop content concepts and formats in collaboration with talent, providing hands-on support for execution
• Coordinate between talent and partners, schedule placements, and ensure talent well-being throughout campaigns
• Identify and recruit new talent for current and future projects
• Foster forward-thinking approaches and create opportunities beyond traditional influencer work in close partnership with managed talent

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 3 years of experience in artist management, influencer marketing, or online marketing (agency background in digital, social media, or PR preferred)
• Deep interest and instinct for current developments in the digital sector and consumer behavior, particularly regarding emerging trends and technologies
• Confident command of all major social media platforms and online communities
• Proven experience implementing and/or conceptualizing social media and influencer marketing campaigns
• High creativity and motivation to develop innovative solutions
• Fluent German and English communication skills (written and spoken)
• Strong interpersonal communication abilities and collaborative team orientation
• Passion for talent management and genuine enthusiasm for supporting artists
