Wir suchen im Auftrag unseres Mandanten eine/n Buchhalter/in für den Bereich Mietverwaltung in Teilzeit am Standort München. Unser Mandant ist ein etabliertes Unternehmen der Immobilienwirtschaft.
In dieser Position übernehmen Sie folgende Verantwortlichkeiten:
- Bearbeitung der laufenden Mietbuchhaltung
- Erstellung und Bearbeitung der offenen Posten
- Verantwortung für die korrekte Durchführung des Mahnlaufs
- Abwicklung des Zahlungsverkehrs
- Erstellung der monatlichen Abrechnungen für Eigentümer (SEV)
Was wir suchen
Für diese Position bringen Sie idealerweise mit:
- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Finanzbuchhalter/in, kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Immobilienkauffmann/-frau (m/w/d)
- Kenntnisse in der Immobilienbuchhaltung oder Finanzbuchhaltung – Quereinsteiger sind willkommen
- Hohe Affinität für Zahlen und eine sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
- Sehr gute PC-Kenntnisse mit MS-Office
- Erste Kenntnisse mit Hausverwaltungssoftware von Vorteil, aber kein Muss
