French Speaking Customer Service Representative

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential business process outsourcing organization in their search for a French Speaking Customer Service Representative. This is a remote work-from-home position based in the United States. Our client operates contact centers serving diverse industries and is seeking bilingual professionals to deliver exceptional customer support to French-speaking clients across multiple communication channels.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer support to French-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests in a timely and courteous manner
• Accurately document and update customer information in CRM platforms and internal systems
• Troubleshoot customer issues while maintaining high service quality standards
• Escalate complex matters to appropriate internal teams as needed
• Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions
• Meet or exceed performance targets for quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction
• Follow established policies, procedures, and compliance guidelines
• Collaborate effectively with team members and cross-functional departments

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Fluency in both French and English (spoken and written)
• Previous customer service or call center experience, preferably in a BPO environment
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities
• Capacity to manage high volumes of customer interactions while maintaining service quality
• Basic computer proficiency and experience with CRM or ticketing systems
• Excellent problem-solving skills and composure under pressure
• Authorization to work in the United States

Preferred Qualifications:

• Additional language capabilities beyond French and English
• Experience supporting international customer bases
• Familiarity with customer service platforms or CRM technologies
• Background in fast-paced, metrics-driven environments
• Strong administrative and organizational capabilities
