We are representing a confidential AI technology company building next-generation productivity applications. Our client is at an exciting stage of growth and needs a strategic operator to work directly with leadership on the company's highest-impact initiatives.

This is a rare opportunity to join a founding team and shape the trajectory of a fast-moving startup. You'll work across engineering, product, operations, hiring, and business development—solving the most critical problems facing the organization as it scales.

Responsibilities

• Drive execution on high-priority initiatives across the business
• Partner with leadership to solve complex business and product challenges
• Build new teams, processes, and operational capabilities as the company grows
• Lead cross-functional projects from planning through successful delivery
• Research new markets, products, and business opportunities
• Identify operational gaps and implement practical solutions
• Take full ownership of projects and deliver measurable business outcomes

• Strong problem-solving skills and exceptional business judgment
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to rapidly changing priorities
• Comfortable working across different business functions (product, engineering, operations, go-to-market)
• Demonstrated ownership and execution skills with a track record of delivering results
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving startup environment
• Curious, resourceful, and intrinsically driven to build
• Experience or strong interest in AI and emerging technologies is a plus

Pay
