About This Opportunity

Get A Job.ai is representing a fast-growing fintech platform with operations across multiple regions. Our client is expanding their UK presence and seeking a Head of Strategy and Product to drive high-impact initiatives across the organization.

This is a hybrid role based in the United Kingdom, requiring at least 3 days per week in the office. You'll work directly with leadership on the company's most critical challenges, from product development to market expansion.

Responsibilities

• Drive high-priority strategic initiatives across engineering, product, operations, and business development
• Collaborate with leadership to solve complex business and product challenges
• Build and scale new teams, processes, and capabilities as the organization grows
• Lead cross-functional projects from initial planning through final execution
• Research and evaluate new markets, products, and business opportunities
• Identify operational inefficiencies and implement practical solutions
• Take full ownership of projects and deliver measurable business outcomes
