We are representing a confidential healthcare technology organization seeking a Program Coordinator to support the delivery of complex healthcare IT initiatives. This remote position plays a critical role in program administration, governance support, and stakeholder coordination across managed services transitions, infrastructure projects, and strategic transformation programs.

Responsibilities

  • Support healthcare programs and projects through all lifecycle phases, coordinating activities, meetings, workshops, and governance reviews
  • Develop and maintain program documentation including work plans, RAIDC logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies, Changes), dashboards, and status reports
  • Setup and administer SharePoint repositories and ensure version control across project documentation
  • Track program milestones, deliverables, dependencies, scope, timelines, and resource assignments
  • Prepare weekly and monthly dashboards, executive status reports, and governance presentations
  • Monitor compliance with PMO processes, methodologies, templates, and standards
  • Support risk identification, issue tracking, escalation management, and resolution activities
  • Facilitate meeting scheduling, agenda development, note-taking, and follow-up communications
  • Serve as liaison among project teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and leadership
  • Assist with resource onboarding, access management, staffing activities, and team coordination
  • Track project budgets, forecasts, purchase requests, and financial reporting as directed
  • Coordinate vendor activities and support contract administration processes
  • Support managed services transitions, EHR implementations, infrastructure projects, and clinical transformation initiatives

What We're Looking For

  • Five (5) plus years of experience supporting healthcare programs, projects, transitions, or healthcare IT initiatives
  • Experience coordinating program and project activities in healthcare, managed services, consulting, or technology environments
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint
  • Strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Experience managing risks, issues, action items, and escalations in healthcare settings
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments with strong follow-through
  • Experience supporting healthcare IT, clinical systems, infrastructure, or operational transformation projects
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies, governance frameworks, and healthcare delivery environments
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow, Microsoft Project, Jira, or other project management tools
  • Experience working within managed services, consulting, or professional services organizations
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Ability to travel up to 10%
