About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential faith-based organization serving workplace communities throughout the United States. We are seeking a compassionate Part-Time Chaplain to serve employees in Bethany, MO. This role typically involves 1-4 hours per week, with scheduling dependent on client needs and your availability.

Responsibilities

• Make regular visits to company worksites to build relationships of trust and friendship with employees
• Provide confidential pastoral support to employees and their immediate families during challenging times including illness, grief, family matters, financial stress, and personal crises
• Visit employees or family members in hospitals, nursing homes, funeral homes, and family residences as appropriate
• Coordinate referral services and specialized assistance for employees with specific needs
• Assist with planning or attending funerals and provide follow-up grief support
• Support employees and families during notifications of death, serious injuries, or other traumatic events
• Participate in new employee orientations to explain employee care services
• Provide post-termination care for laid-off or terminated employees to facilitate smooth transitions
• Facilitate spiritual enrichment activities as requested by employees
• Maintain accurate documentation according to organizational standards
