About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential benefits administration organization in their search for a remote Customer Service professional. Our client works closely with Union members to ensure they understand and access the benefits available to them. This is a fully remote position available to candidates anywhere in the United States.

Our talent team is seeking applicants with exceptional customer service skills and a genuine eagerness to learn. You'll be part of a collaborative team dedicated to serving Union members who have requested information about their benefits packages.

Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments with Union members who have requested benefits information
• Follow up consistently with members to ensure they receive the support they need
• Deliver exceptional customer service in every interaction
• Work collaboratively with team members to improve service delivery
• Maintain detailed records with strong attention to accuracy
• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Team player mindset with ability to work independently
• Personable demeanor and comfort with daily customer interactions
• Previous customer service or customer relationship experience required
• Previous sales experience is a plus
