Global Talent Acquisition Partner, Product (all genders)

About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential global marketplace organization in their search for a strategic Talent Acquisition Partner with deep Product hiring expertise. This is a remote role supporting a fast-scaling, product-led organization operating across 70+ countries.

You'll own full-cycle recruitment across Product, Technology, and Business functions, partnering directly with senior leadership to build teams that are shaping how millions of users experience their platform. This isn't order-taking recruitment—you'll be expected to challenge requirements, refine search strategies, and use data to continuously improve how the organization hires.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end hiring from intake through offer across Product, Tech, and Business areas, with Product as your primary focus
• Partner with hiring managers and leadership to refine role requirements, calibrate on candidates, and maintain hiring standards even when timelines are tight
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for hard-to-find talent using passive outreach, Boolean search, referrals, networking, and competitive intelligence across travel tech, marketplace, and B2B SaaS sectors
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and recurring roles to accelerate future hiring cycles
• Coach hiring managers on effective interviewing techniques and ensure assessment consistency as teams scale
• Analyze hiring metrics including funnel conversion, time-to-hire, and source effectiveness to drive process improvements
• Maintain ATS accuracy and support employer branding initiatives within relevant talent communities

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years in-house talent acquisition experience with demonstrable full-cycle ownership—you've personally sourced, assessed, negotiated, and closed senior hires
• Strong Product hiring track record with the ability to hold credible conversations about discovery, roadmaps, and metrics, and evaluate candidate impact stories critically
• Breadth across Tech and Business hiring alongside your Product depth
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with senior hiring managers—you can redirect stalled searches, challenge assumptions, and deliver difficult market feedback while preserving relationships
• Proven ability to build pipelines of both active and passive candidates, maintaining rapport throughout the process and successfully closing offers
• Data fluency—you can build funnel views and use analytics to make compelling arguments for process changes
• Curious, test-and-learn mindset with openness to 360-degree feedback and continuous improvement
• Comfort operating in fast-moving, global, diverse startup environments
• Strong attention to detail with ATS systems and data accuracy
• Fluent English, both written and verbal
