About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential learning and development organization seeking an Instructional Designer/eLearning Developer for a remote contract engagement. This 20-week project supports a multinational manufacturing client requiring sophisticated learning solutions that blend instructional design expertise with modern AI-enhanced development capabilities.

This role demands 40 hours per week and offers the opportunity to create engaging, multi-modal learning experiences while working with cutting-edge authoring tools and artificial intelligence platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy comprehensive learning solutions for a global manufacturing organization
  • Create diverse learning materials including digital modules, facilitator guides, in-person session content, and video-based resources
  • Leverage AI-enabled tools to enhance content creation efficiency while maintaining data privacy and governance standards
  • Develop polished, accessible, and user-friendly learning experiences that align with brand standards
  • Collaborate effectively with project managers and cross-functional team members in a matrixed environment
  • Manage development projects independently, tracking progress and meeting established deadlines
  • Translate complex technical subjects into clear, engaging content for non-technical audiences
  • Evaluate learning program success through appropriate metrics and assessment strategies

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of instructional design experience
  • Expert-level proficiency in Articulate Rise and Storyline 360
  • Demonstrated experience using AI agents and tools to accelerate content development (Microsoft Copilot preferred)
  • Portfolio showcasing diverse learning materials across multiple modalities
  • Strong visual design skills using Adobe Creative Suite or Canva and multimedia tools
  • Experience with modern authoring tools such as Articulate 360 and Vyond
  • Exceptional communication abilities with proven success creating content for non-technical audiences
  • Strong organizational and project management capabilities
  • Technical proficiency for remote work including reliable internet connectivity and comfort with virtual collaboration tools

Bonus Qualifications:

  • Experience working within agile development frameworks
  • Formal project management background
