Responsibilities
We are representing a confidential travel-tech organization seeking a Service Manager to support their operations in South Korea. In this role, you will:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key B2B partners, managing escalations and resolving complex service issues
- Monitor active cases within the CRM system to ensure timely resolution and proactive intervention
- Maintain regular communication with clients through updates and check-ins to ensure satisfaction
- Analyze service performance metrics using business intelligence tools and prepare detailed reports
- Participate in client meetings to gather feedback and advocate for client needs internally
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, support, and technical teams to enhance service delivery
What We're Looking For
- Advanced fluency in both English and Korean (written and spoken)
- Proficiency with CRM systems, dashboards, and data analysis tools
- Strong ability to learn quickly and maintain focus on results
- Excellent multitasking capabilities with the ability to perform well under pressure
- High level of empathy and client-focused mindset
- Experience in account management or service management, particularly in B2B environments
- Background in the travel industry (tour operators, travel management companies, destination management companies, or concierge services) is highly advantageous
