Senior Project Integration Manager (m/w/d)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential renewable energy organization in their search for a Senior Project Integration Manager. Our client is building critical infrastructure for sustainable resource extraction in the Karlsruhe region. This is a full-time (40h) position requiring someone who can coordinate complex engineering projects across multiple teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Steer and coordinate project management interfaces between sub-projects and functional areas including HSE, Engineering, and Supply Chain
• Implement and establish project management best practices across all project phases—from planning through procurement to construction execution
• Support Delivery Managers in executing projects safely, professionally, on schedule, and within agreed budgets
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, standards, guidelines, and safety and quality requirements alongside Delivery Managers
• Report transparently on project progress and key milestones to internal and external stakeholders as needed
• Mentor, coach, and provide technical guidance to Project Execution Team members

What We're Looking For

• Completed degree (Bachelor, Master, or Diploma) in Plant Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, or a comparable field
• Several years of professional experience in engineering, procurement, contract management, and project management—ideally in upstream environments, plant construction, or EPC projects
• Strong technical expertise in project management and in planning and executing complex plant and infrastructure projects
• Fluent German and English with strong presentation and negotiation skills
• Excellent team and communication abilities, confident presence, and professional stakeholder management across diverse groups
• Proficiency with standard software applications and willingness to travel regularly to sites along the Upper Rhine Graben
