About This Opportunity
Our talent team is representing a confidential industrial energy client seeking an experienced Team Leader for Electrical and MSR Technology (m/f/d) based in Frankfurt Höchst. This is a full-time, permanent position offering the chance to lead a specialized technical team in a growing operation within the process industry sector.
As Team Leader, you will provide both technical and personnel leadership for the Electrical & Instrumentation team, ensuring safe, reliable, and cost-effective operation of all electrical, measurement, control, and automation systems at the facility.
Responsibilities
- Lead E&I maintenance activities alongside internal teams and external service providers, ensuring safe and efficient execution
- Ensure availability, reliability, and integrity of critical electrical, measurement, and automation systems
- Monitor and improve relevant maintenance KPIs across safety, quality, and cost dimensions
- Support planning and execution of shutdowns, turnarounds, and major repair and optimization projects
- Develop and mentor your team technically and personally, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
- Serve as the Responsible Electrical Specialist (VEFK) for the site
What We're Looking For
- Completed vocational training with advanced certification (Meister/Fachwirt) or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Technology, or comparable field
- 5-8 years of professional experience in maintenance of electrical, MSR, or automation technology within chemical or process industry operations
- Solid knowledge of relevant legal, regulatory, and safety requirements plus experience in contractor management
- Strong capabilities in fault analysis and troubleshooting of electrical, measurement, or automation systems
- Proven experience in maintenance planning, turnarounds, and leading larger teams and external partners
- Confident communication in German (minimum B2 level)
- Collaborative leadership style, strong EHS awareness, and commitment to continuous improvement
