Werkstudent HSEQ (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

Our client, a confidential energy organization based in Karlsruhe, is seeking a working student to support their growing HSEQ team. In this role, you will:

• Independently administer internal environmental and occupational safety training tools
• Execute projects within your area of expertise with autonomy
• Collaborate with the team on creating processes, documents, and templates
• Support the maintenance of management systems
• Participate in site inspections at operational locations and construction sites
• Create data foundations for environmental impact assessments and sustainability reporting metrics
• Assist in investigating workplace accidents and safety incidents
• Help implement measures to prevent future incidents

What We're Looking For

We are representing our client in the search for candidates who meet the following criteria:

• Currently enrolled in a university program, preferably in a technical field (Diploma/Master/Bachelor)
• Academic background with exposure to occupational and environmental safety topics
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
• Experience with Power Automate is a plus
• Analytical mindset with enthusiasm for questioning existing methods and developing solutions
• Fluent communication skills in both German and English
• Working student status (Werkstudent) eligible in Germany
