Senior Sales Recruiter – High-Volume Sales Hiring

About This Role

We are representing a fast-growing organization that needs an experienced Senior Sales Recruiter to build high-volume pipelines for sales positions. This is a full-time, remote opportunity working U.S. business hours.

Our client operates across multiple sales channels and regularly hires field sales representatives, inside sales professionals, sales managers, and commission-based salespeople. They need someone who understands how to evaluate true sales ability—not just match keywords on a resume.

Responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment cycle for sales positions from sourcing through interview coordination
• Source candidates through Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and other relevant platforms
• Conduct structured interviews designed specifically to assess sales capability, communication, persuasion, motivation, and resilience
• Build and maintain robust pipelines of qualified sales talent across multiple role types
• Evaluate candidates based on proven performance history, target achievement, and ability to succeed in competitive sales environments
• Manage pipeline data and candidate tracking using Google Sheets
• Schedule client interviews directly and maintain consistent follow-up with candidates
• Provide regular reporting on sourcing activity, screening results, and pipeline quality
• Communicate proactively with hiring teams while working independently

What We're Looking For

• Proven track record recruiting and successfully placing sales professionals at volume
• Direct experience hiring sales representatives, field sales roles, sales managers, or commission-based salespeople
• Strong ability to screen and evaluate true sales aptitude beyond resume credentials
• Experience conducting structured candidate interviews with focus on sales performance metrics
• Proficiency with Indeed and ZipRecruiter sourcing
• Strong Google Sheets skills for pipeline management
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Outstanding organization, follow-up, and time-management capabilities
• Availability to work U.S. Eastern Time hours; Central Time availability strongly preferred
• Comfortable managing high-volume recruiting without sacrificing candidate quality
• Ability to articulate clearly why candidates are or are not strong fits for sales roles
