We are representing a confidential leader in accelerated computing and AI infrastructure. Our client is seeking a Senior Customer Technical Program Manager to lead high-stakes technical programs with hyperscalers, cloud service providers, and their manufacturing partners. This role sits at the critical intersection of engineering, operations, and strategic customer engagement—driving AI datacenter deployments at unprecedented scale.

Responsibilities
- Define and manage program schedules, deliverables, and milestones aligned with customer and partner requirements
- Translate complex customer requirements into actionable execution plans across engineering, quality, logistics, and sales organizations
- Lead cross-functional teams through high-priority critical issues, coordinating globally dispersed stakeholders around unified objectives
- Serve as primary technical liaison to customers throughout the product lifecycle—from kick-offs and design reviews through qualification, validation, and ongoing status updates
- Drive end-to-end program execution from early design phases through production deployment, ensuring quality, timeliness, and customer acceptance
- Champion post-deployment sustaining efforts, managing critical escalations and issue resolution
- Monitor factory production schedules, yields, and blockers in partnership with ODMs and contract manufacturers to resolve operational challenges
- Communicate program health, risks, and key issues proactively to customers, internal teams, and executive leadership across hardware, software, operations, and business functions
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 8+ years of program or project management experience in the IT industry
- Strong technical background in hardware and/or software engineering
- Proven experience working with hyperscalers and their OEM/ODM partners on AI infrastructure or datacenter deployments
- Track record leading complex, global programs from concept through production
- Outstanding program management, communication, and organizational skills with ability to prioritize effectively
- Demonstrated success coordinating across global, multi-cultural teams in matrixed environments
- Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Willingness to travel up to 5% as required
Preferred Qualifications:
- End-to-end experience with hardware and software product development and datacenter deployment
- Prior experience deploying accelerated computing platforms at scale
- Strong leadership in matrixed collaboration, conflict resolution, and consensus-building
- Expertise managing production schedules, optimizing manufacturing yields, and resolving field quality issues
- Proven adaptability in high-growth, rapidly changing environments with ambiguous requirements
