About This Opportunity

We are representing a leading consulting organization in Paris that works on high-impact projects across finance, industry, and technology sectors. Our talent team is currently seeking an AI Engineer specializing in GenAI and Large Language Models to join strategic client engagements.

This position offers the opportunity to work alongside experienced practitioners on complex artificial intelligence implementations that deliver real business value. You'll be part of a technical team building state-of-the-art Generative AI solutions for enterprise clients.

Responsibilities

Advanced AI Architectures & Agentic AI

• Design and develop agentic AI architectures capable of autonomous reasoning and execution of complex tasks
• Orchestrate multi-agent systems to address cross-functional business use cases
• Select and fine-tune models (open source or proprietary) optimized for performance and cost requirements

RAG Development & Deployment

• Implement robust Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines connecting LLMs to enterprise data
• Manage vector indexing and optimize semantic search capabilities using vector databases
• Develop APIs and integrate AI components into existing application ecosystems

Industrialization & LLMOps

• Deploy solutions in production environments with security and scalability constraints
• Establish advanced monitoring for LLM-based solutions: guardrails, response quality tracking (hallucinations, relevance), latency, and cost optimization
• Build CI/CD pipelines and continuous model evaluation frameworks

Additional Contributions

• Maintain active technology watch on the rapidly evolving GenAI ecosystem (research papers, frameworks, models)
• Provide technical scoping support to assess feasibility and relevance of GenAI use cases
• Contribute to knowledge sharing and best practices within the technical community

What We're Looking For

Education: Master's degree (engineering school or university) with specialization in AI or Computer Science

Core Technical Skills:

• Expert proficiency in Python
• Proven experience with GenAI frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, Haystack, AutoGen, or similar)
• Knowledge of vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Qdrant, Milvus)
• DevOps/LLMOps culture: familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and model monitoring tools (LangSmith, MLflow, Arize, etc.)

Experience: You have participated in production deployment of LLM-based solutions (beyond proof-of-concept work)

Professional Qualities:

• Strong interest in demanding environments where quality takes priority over quantity
• Ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Methodological rigor and software craftsmanship mindset
• Passion for software engineering applied to artificial intelligence
