Responsibilities
We are representing a confidential professional services organization in Berlin that is seeking a working student or intern to support their transformation team. In this role, you will:
- Support post-merger integration activities, helping newly acquired entities become part of a cohesive group structure with direct impact on implementation
- Assist with portfolio management and development, from identifying value creation levers to tracking their execution
- Contribute to AI and technology strategy development and implementation of practical tools across the portfolio
- Collaborate directly with management teams on strategic and operational questions
- Own discrete projects and serve as a point of contact, delivering visible contributions to the business
What We're Looking For
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Master's degree in business, technology, or a related field, or approaching Bachelor's completion with excellent grades
- Prior experience in management consulting, business transformation, technology (ideally with AI focus), startups, or comparable environments
- Independent, structured working style with a commitment to continuous learning
- Strong interest in and experience with AI technologies
- Fluent German and English language skills
