This role offers you the chance to provide meaningful feedback on premium retail experiences while enjoying flexible, project-based work. You'll evaluate luxury shopping experiences across fashion, jewelry, cosmetics, watches, automotive, and other high-end sectors.

This is a freelance position with multiple evaluation opportunities per month. You'll work independently, selecting assignments that match your interests and schedule.

Responsibilities

• Conduct discreet evaluations of luxury brands through in-store visits, online purchases, appointment bookings, or product returns
• Provide objective, detailed feedback about each customer experience via structured questionnaires
• Select assignments that align with your profile and personal interests in luxury markets
• Complete all evaluation documentation promptly after each assignment
• Follow project-specific objectives and requirements set by the brands being evaluated
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism throughout all engagements

What We're Looking For

• Active customer of premium and luxury brands with genuine purchasing experience in these markets
• Must not be currently employed by or contracted to any retail brands to ensure evaluation objectivity
• Highly punctual, organized, and detail-oriented with strong reliability
• Observant with a genuine passion for customer experience and service quality
• Excellent written communication skills in German and/or English
• No prior mystery shopping or evaluation experience required—we value authentic customer perspectives
• Access to smartphone and internet for platform access and assignment completion
