Product Lead @Panora

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential insurtech client building an AI-driven platform for the European insurance brokerage market. As their first Product hire, you will take full ownership of the product function and shape how this industry modernizes.

Your core responsibilities include:

• Field discovery: Spend time with brokers through demos, calls, and on-site visits to understand their daily workflow and identify real friction points
• Product design: Frame user flows and screens with engineering support, maintaining a high bar on simplicity for non-technical users
• Roadmap ownership: Build and continuously prioritize the product roadmap, making trade-offs between business impact, technical debt, and speed
• Specification and delivery: Write clear specs, scope work with engineers, and drive delivery end to end through production
• Cross-functional alignment: Serve as the product voice internally, aligning sales and operations on the what and why of each release
• Metrics and impact: Instrument and measure usage including activation, retention, and feature adoption; close the loop between product decisions and results
• AI workflow design: Design and iterate on AI agents handling multi-carrier processes, document generation, and compliance checks; define agent behavior, edge cases, and human-in-loop touchpoints
• AI quality loop: Build instrumentation to capture broker corrections, flag low-confidence outputs, and turn real-world usage into continuous improvement

What We're Looking For

Required qualifications:

• 4-6 years of product experience, including at least one role in a B2B SaaS environment with real roadmap ownership
• Demonstrated ability to drive a product end to end: discovery, specs, delivery, and impact measurement, autonomously
• Excellent prioritization and trade-off skills with the ability to focus a small team on what matters most
• Analytical rigor and data-driven decision making
• Crystal-clear communication, both written and spoken, with technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience with AI or automation-driven products
• Strong appetite for complex, regulated domains—insurance should interest you, not intimidate you
• Comfortable with early-stage velocity and moving forward autonomously
• Based in or willing to relocate to Paris for a hybrid work arrangement

Bonus qualifications:

• Knowledge of insurance, brokerage, or fintech/insurtech sectors
• Design sensibility with Figma and ability to produce your own prototypes
• Experience as a company's first product hire or building a product function from scratch

Pay

Pay via Get A Job.ai: €70,000 - €90,000 annually, depending on experience, plus equity (stock options).

This is an early-stage opportunity with maximum impact potential. You will have direct access to founders and customers, work in a tight-knit team culture focused on ownership and speed, and build the product function as the company scales.
