About This Opportunity
Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential hospitality technology company seeking a Field Sales Account Executive to join their EMEA operations. This role is based in Paris and requires fluency in both French and English. You will be responsible for driving the complete sales cycle through in-person engagement across the Paris territory, from lead generation through deal closure.
Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive knowledge of the Parisian hospitality industry to identify trends and sales opportunities
- Conduct market research and use insights to build effective territory sales strategies
- Execute high-velocity in-person meetings, outreach campaigns, and tailored presentations to convert prospects
- Drive consistent revenue growth across your assigned territory with an entrepreneurial approach
- Guide clients through the entire sales process: needs analysis, solution design, proposals, contracts, and onboarding
- Deliver compelling presentations showcasing hospitality technology solutions
- Maintain accurate CRM data in Salesforce to support forecasting and reporting
- Lead outbound prospecting initiatives and attend industry events to generate qualified leads
- Provide customer insights to sales and marketing teams to refine go-to-market strategies
What We're Looking For
- Proven field sales and outbound sales experience, preferably in solution-based technology or hospitality environments
- Strong understanding of the hospitality industry, including key segments and operational requirements
- Expertise in sales development best practices: pipeline building, territory planning, and new business acquisition
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and contributing to regional growth
- Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms to manage opportunities and track performance
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Analytical and data-driven approach to decision-making and performance optimization
- Entrepreneurial mindset with adaptability to fast-paced, target-driven environments
- Fluency in both French and English (required)
- Previous hospitality industry experience is a plus
