Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist – Conseil Data – (H/F) – Paris

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential international consulting firm seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their Paris office. Our client specializes in data and AI consulting, operating across multiple countries with a growing team of experts.

As a senior member of the Talent Acquisition team in France, you will independently manage recruitment for data consulting teams, covering profiles from junior consultants to managers. You will partner closely with operational teams to ensure quality hires and an excellent candidate experience throughout the process.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for data consulting roles across all seniority levels
• Gather requirements from hiring managers and challenge assumptions to ensure clarity
• Define and implement tailored recruitment strategies for each role
• Manage the full cycle: sourcing, screening, HR interviews, coordination of evaluation stages, and offers
• Develop proactive sourcing approaches and build talent pipelines
• Advise and challenge managers throughout the process to ensure objective, consistent hiring decisions
• Ensure proper application of evaluation methods and recruitment processes
• Maintain high-quality recruitment experience for candidates and internal teams
• Identify process bottlenecks and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
• Maintain data quality and accuracy in the ATS (Greenhouse)
• Contribute to Talent Acquisition team projects and strategic initiatives

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within consulting or professional services environments
• Strong command of full-cycle recruitment with solid sourcing and direct approach capabilities
• Ability to manage and prioritize a recruitment portfolio independently
• Business partner mindset with the ability to advise and challenge stakeholders
• Proficiency with recruitment tools and ATS systems
• Good level of English
• Experience recruiting for data, analytics, or technology consulting roles is a strong plus
