Senior In-app Homepage Manager

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential online grocery client in their search for a Senior In-app Homepage Manager based in Paris. This role owns the editorial strategy and campaign execution for the mobile app homepage—the most critical touchpoint with customers who open the app an average of 6 times per order.

You will be responsible for:

• Homepage editorial ownership: Arbitrate between immediate conversion opportunities and long-term brand perception on limited screen real estate, balancing data-driven insights with strategic judgment.
• Campaign creation and planning: Conceptualize and plan in-app campaigns that integrate market dynamics, commercial priorities, and brand identity to activate customers and drive sales across product launches and seasonal operations.
• Cross-functional coordination: Lead campaign execution across multiple channels (app, email, push notifications, social) by coordinating Design, Copywriting, Marketing, Category Management, and Trading teams—often without direct reporting lines, requiring strong influencing skills.
• Customer and market understanding: Conduct customer interviews and analyze market trends to ensure the app experience delivers satisfaction while achieving short and long-term strategic objectives.
• Performance tracking and optimization: Monitor commercial and operational KPIs (traffic, sales, margin) and run A/B tests to guide decisions with data while applying business judgment in ambiguous situations.

What We're Looking For

• Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related field
• 3-5 years of full-time experience managing a digital product, e-commerce platform, or in-app experience
• Background in demanding, hands-on environments (startup, scale-up, or organizations requiring high autonomy) where decisions have immediate visible impact
• Proven track record leading creative campaigns involving multiple stakeholders (Design, Copy, Business, Tech, agencies) and driving complex projects to flawless execution
• Strong blend of creativity and analytical thinking with ability to transform insights into concrete actions
• Proficiency with Excel and comfort making data-informed decisions
• Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken
• Genuine affinity for food and quality products, with enthusiasm for authentically showcasing producers and artisanal goods
