About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential cybersecurity organization seeking a Global Professional Services Partner Leader to build and lead their worldwide partner enablement program. This is a high-impact role requiring a strategic leader who can develop program infrastructure, ensure compliance standards, and drive partner ecosystem success at scale. You'll report directly to the VP of Global Professional Services and collaborate across multiple business units.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage the global professional services partner enablement program from the ground up, establishing world-class standards for partner excellence
- Drive governance and compliance frameworks to ensure all partners meet rigorous standards for service delivery and technical proficiency
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with practice leaders, training teams, leadership, and engineering to align enablement with business objectives
- Develop specialized partner tracks for GSI, MSP, and SI partners to scale the partner ecosystem effectively
- Oversee end-to-end program lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, performance monitoring, and strategic evolution
- Influence executive stakeholders and drive strategic program initiatives across global teams
What We're Looking For
- 7-10 years of direct experience in professional services partner program development and management
- Proven track record building and managing partner enablement systems for global professional services organizations
- Significant executive-level interaction experience with demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Deep expertise in program lifecycles, compliance frameworks, and cross-functional enablement workflows
- Extensive experience partnering across diverse global teams, including GSI, MSP, and SI environments
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- Strong organizational navigation skills and ability to drive results across operational boundaries
- Location: United States (remote)
