Overview

We are representing a confidential professional services organization in their search for a Product Manager to support the build, rollout, adoption, and continuous improvement of AI-powered products used across complex operational workflows.

This role sits at the intersection of product management, product operations, workflow automation, AI adoption, and internal tools. The ideal candidate is a hands-on problem solver who can work closely with users, engineering, QA, design, operations, and leadership to turn high-friction workflows into reliable, scalable product systems.

The Product Manager will support a portfolio of mature and emerging initiatives by writing clear requirements, managing user feedback, analyzing adoption and usage data, triaging issues, supporting UAT, and helping teams make data-driven product improvements. This role is especially important as our client expands its use of AI, automation, and human-in-the-loop workflows across complex operational processes.

Responsibilities

Product Delivery & Execution

  • Partner with engineering, QA, UX, and business stakeholders to support timely and high-quality delivery of product improvements
  • Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, UAT, release readiness, and post-release review
  • Ensure features are tested against real user workflows, edge cases, business rules, and operational expectations
  • Support rollout planning, user onboarding, training, and adoption follow-ups for new and existing product capabilities

Product Operations & Workflow Support

  • Act as a day-to-day product contact for users
  • Triage bug reports, user questions, change requests, and product feedback
  • Translate recurring themes into clear product requirements, tickets, acceptance criteria, and follow-up actions
  • Maintain strong product hygiene across Jira, Confluence, release notes, user documentation, and training materials

AI Workflows & Tools

  • Work with product and engineering teams to ensure AI-driven features are usable, measurable, and aligned with real business workflows
  • Help identify where automation is working well, where users are intervening, and where product improvements are needed

Metrics, Adoption & Continuous Improvement

  • Track product adoption, usage, user friction, defects, release outcomes, and operational impact
  • Build and maintain lightweight dashboards, recurring reports, and product health views
  • Synthesize input from users, support channels, usage data, QA findings, and stakeholder feedback to recommend product improvements
  • Support quarterly and sprint-level planning by bringing structured insights on product performance, adoption gaps, and user pain points

Cross-Functional Communication

  • Coordinate across Product, Engineering, QA, UX, Client Services, Operations, Compliance, and other stakeholder groups
  • Communicate product updates, known issues, release timelines, and training needs clearly to internal teams
  • Help ensure feedback is gathered before and after delivery, and that product decisions are grounded in user needs, business impact, and operational realities

What We're Looking For

  • 2–4+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Operations, Business Analysis, or Workflow Automation roles
  • Strong ability to translate ambiguous business problems into clear requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and delivery plans
  • Comfort working with engineering, QA, UX, and business stakeholders in an agile environment
  • Strong communication skills, verbal and written, including product documentation, release notes, training material, and stakeholder updates
  • Analytical mindset with experience using product metrics, dashboards, user feedback, and operational data to guide product decisions
  • Familiarity with AI products, LLM-powered workflows, recommendation systems, human-in-the-loop design, or automation products is strongly preferred
