National Account Manager | Indirect Sales Channel | Mid-Senior

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential cybersecurity organization seeking an experienced National Account Manager to take full ownership of developing and growing their indirect sales channel in France. This is a strategic role where you'll drive sales growth across retail and distribution partner networks, working with both physical and digital product lines.

You will be fully responsible for channel performance and development—from strategy and partner acquisition to day-to-day account management and revenue delivery. This role requires strong expertise in French-speaking markets and a proven track record in channel sales.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the indirect sales channel, covering both retail and distribution partners
• Drive sales performance across physical (boxed/retail) and digital product lines
• Identify, onboard, and develop new retail and distribution partners, particularly in French-speaking markets
• Manage and strengthen relationships with key national accounts, distributors, and resellers
• Analyze channel performance, forecast sales, and report on KPIs to leadership
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure successful product launches, promotions, and in-store/online execution
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity within consumer electronics and digital distribution

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 5 years of experience working with SaaS and/or HaaS business models
• Strong understanding of digital and physical distribution channels, including hands-on experience in consumer electronics
• Excellent command of French (C1 level or native) - both written and spoken
• Proven track record of growing sales through retail and distribution partnerships
• Excellent negotiation, relationship-building, and key account management skills
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and forecasting abilities
• Ability to work independently and take full ownership of channel results
• Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
