Data & Operations Specialist

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential edtech organization that is transforming how professionals develop AI and machine learning skills across Latin America. Our talent team is seeking a Data & Operations Specialist who excels at building automation systems and managing complex operational workflows.

This remote position offers the chance to work at the intersection of technical automation and operational strategy. You'll be responsible for designing scalable processes, maintaining data accuracy across multiple departments, and ensuring operational efficiency through smart use of no-code and low-code tools.

Responsibilities

• Support cross-functional teams including admissions, career services, placement, and billing with data automation and workflow needs
• Design and maintain automation workflows using Zapier, Typeform, HubSpot, AppScripts, Notion/Airtable, and external APIs
• Build and maintain business intelligence dashboards using Looker Studio and Google Sheets
• Implement lightweight database solutions to structure and sync data across internal processes
• Ensure data accuracy and operational reliability across all organizational areas
• Drive operational efficiency improvements and support financial reporting processes

What We're Looking For

Technical Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience with Zapier, HubSpot, Google Sheets, AppScripts, APIs, and process automation tools
• Proficiency with Looker Studio or similar BI tools for dashboarding and reporting
• Solid understanding of databases and comfort with no-code/low-code systems (Airtable, Notion) and basic SQL
• Preferred: experience with Python, n8n, Lovable, or similar automation platforms

Operational Experience:

• Proven background in workflow automation and operations management
• Experience with finance, billing, or HR processes strongly preferred
• Bonus if you have edtech, bootcamp, or online learning experience
