About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential cloud services organization in their search for a Sr Cloud Native Developer to join their growing team remotely from Mexico. Our client is an established technology partner experiencing significant growth and expansion.
Responsibilities
- Design and build cloud-native applications using modern development practices
- Develop backend solutions using object-oriented programming languages
- Implement and maintain serverless architectures and deployment pipelines
- Lead technical projects and mentor development team members
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable cloud solutions
- Contribute to infrastructure-as-code and continuous deployment practices
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent field
- 6+ years of software development experience
- Strong proficiency in Java, JavaScript, NodeJS, Python, or similar object-oriented languages
- Hands-on experience with native cloud development and cloud fundamentals
- Experience with AWS preferred (Azure and Google Cloud practitioners welcome)
- Working knowledge of Lambda, CloudFormation, CodeDeploy, and CodePipeline
- Backend development expertise
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Spanish and English
- Experience leading teams and projects
- Familiarity with Agile methodology
- SQL database experience (MySQL, MSSQL, Oracle)
- Strong version control system knowledge (Git or similar)
- AWS Professional or Specialty certification is a plus
