HR Specialist

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential eCommerce organization operating across global markets. Our client is seeking an experienced HR Specialist to join their remote team and drive talent acquisition and people operations initiatives. This is a full-time remote position based in Poland, offering the opportunity to shape HR strategy during an exciting growth phase.

As the HR Specialist, you will own the full recruitment lifecycle while contributing to broader people operations. You'll partner with leadership to attract top talent, build employer branding strategies, and foster a positive, engaged workplace culture across a distributed team.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and candidate evaluation
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and develop effective talent acquisition strategies
• Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks, and targeted outreach campaigns
• Deliver exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring journey
• Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding workflows
• Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation, and process integrity
• Support employee engagement programs, internal communications, and team-building initiatives
• Contribute to HR policy development and implementation of people operations best practices
• Facilitate performance review cycles and employee feedback mechanisms
• Monitor employee satisfaction metrics and promote collaborative company culture
• Analyze recruitment and HR data, providing regular reporting and strategic insights
• Lead employer branding initiatives to strengthen the organization's talent attraction presence
• Create compelling candidate-facing content including job descriptions, recruitment campaigns, and branding materials

What We're Looking For

• Demonstrated experience in recruitment, Human Resources, or People Operations roles
• Proven track record managing full-cycle recruitment across diverse position types
• Strong sourcing capabilities and direct candidate engagement skills
• Solid understanding of HR processes throughout the complete employee lifecycle
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Outstanding organizational abilities with meticulous attention to detail
• Capability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced environments
• Proactive, self-directed approach with solution-focused mindset
• Knowledge of employer branding and talent attraction methodologies
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant tracking systems, and modern HR technology platforms strongly preferred
• Background supporting employer branding, recruitment marketing, or employee engagement initiatives highly valued
• Strong relationship-building skills across cross-functional teams
• Remote work experience in international team environments a plus
• Experience supporting eCommerce, operations, marketing, or digital business functions preferred
