Responsibilities
We are representing a confidential wellness technology organization seeking a B2B Sales Representative to drive partnerships across fitness, wellness, and performance industries. This is an early-stage opportunity where you'll work directly with leadership to build new verticals from the ground up.
In this role, you will:
- Identify and develop strategic accounts across the fitness and wellness ecosystem, including enterprise and boutique operators
- Drive outbound prospecting efforts while managing inbound partnership opportunities
- Lead product education initiatives to introduce emerging wellness technology to prospective partners
- Conduct in-person and virtual product demonstrations for fitness operators, trainers, and wellness providers
- Serve as an external-facing brand ambassador in industry conversations, events, and partnership meetings
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategic initiatives and partnership development
- Travel approximately 50% to support demos, partnership development, events, and strategic meetings
- Represent our client at industry conferences, wellness events, and fitness activations
What We're Looking For
Required qualifications:
- 5+ years of progressive fitness industry experience selling into national accounts
- Strong background in fitness, technology, or ideally both
- Comfort operating in fast-changing startup environments with evolving pricing, positioning, and go-to-market strategies
- Strong presentation and demonstration skills with the ability to communicate complex wellness technology in a simple, engaging way
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and build scalable processes
Preferred qualifications:
- Existing relationships within fitness, wellness, recovery, or performance industries
- Experience working with fitness technology, recovery technology, wearable devices, or connected wellness products
- Background supporting both B2B and B2C go-to-market initiatives
Location: United States (remote with 50% travel)
