Responsibilities
We are representing a confidential client seeking an SAP QM Lead to drive quality management initiatives across their enterprise systems. In this role, you will:
- Lead end-to-end SAP Quality Management implementations, rollouts, and ongoing support projects
- Configure QM processes including inspection planning, quality notifications, audit management, and quality certificates
- Design and implement integration points between SAP QM and other core modules (MM, PP, SD, and PM)
- Gather business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into effective SAP solutions
- Provide technical and functional leadership to QM consultants and champion best practices
- Prepare comprehensive functional specifications and support user acceptance testing activities
- Ensure all solutions meet industry quality standards and support regulatory compliance and audit requirements
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience leading SAP QM implementations and support initiatives
- Deep expertise in SAP Quality Management module configuration and functionality
- Strong knowledge of integration between QM and other SAP modules (Materials Management, Production Planning, Sales & Distribution, Plant Maintenance)
- Demonstrated ability to gather requirements and design solutions that meet business objectives
- Leadership experience mentoring and guiding SAP consultants
- Understanding of quality management standards and regulatory compliance frameworks
- Excellent communication skills with both technical teams and business stakeholders
