Marketing Manager (Offline Programs)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential educational organization based in Ukraine that delivers professional training and certification programs. Our talent team is searching for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead offline program promotion, including workshops, seminars, and large-scale conferences. This is a full-time remote position for a strategic marketer who can drive measurable growth through comprehensive campaign execution.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for offline educational programs and events
• Organize and manage marketing activities across multiple channels to maximize reach and engagement
• Lead project execution from concept through launch, ensuring all milestones are achieved on schedule
• Allocate and monitor marketing budgets to maximize ROI and campaign effectiveness
• Identify optimization opportunities, test growth hypotheses, and improve conversion at each funnel stage
• Collaborate with influencers and execute PR campaigns to build visibility and credibility
• Implement content strategies that support program promotion and audience development
• Achieve sales qualified lead targets through targeted marketing initiatives
• Manage relationships with contractors, agencies, and external partners
• Provide weekly and monthly performance reporting with actionable insights

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a marketing management role
• Proven track record promoting travel projects, conferences, or large-scale events
• Demonstrated success launching marketing campaigns or programs in new markets
• Strong organizational and planning abilities: creating detailed plans, managing schedules and budgets, effective prioritization
• Analytical mindset with ability to structure qualitative and quantitative data and derive actionable conclusions
• Team leadership skills with ability to inspire and coordinate cross-functional teams
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher
