We're seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a fully remote clinical leadership role supporting Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services.

This position is ideal for a BCBA who values clinical leadership, staff development, and the flexibility of remote work while remaining connected to a collaborative treatment team. You'll provide oversight and supervision to on-site clinical staff while delivering high-quality assessment, treatment planning, and family support services.

Location Requirements: Candidates must reside in Colorado, New Mexico, Massachusetts, or Kansas. This is a full-time, remote position.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients with autism and developmental disabilities
• Design and implement behavior intervention plans and skill acquisition programs
• Analyze client data to evaluate treatment effectiveness and modify programming as clinically appropriate
• Provide remote clinical supervision, guidance, and support to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and clinical staff
• Coordinate with on-site staff to ensure effective implementation of treatment plans
• Utilize Behavior Skills Training to train, coach, and develop staff competency
• Provide mentorship and supervision support to staff pursuing advanced clinical credentials
• Monitor client progress and update treatment plans as needed
• Train and support parents, caregivers, and treatment team members in ABA strategies
• Collaborate with educational teams and related service providers
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and participate in clinical meetings

What We're Looking For

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
• Experience working with children with autism and developmental disabilities
• Strong leadership and team collaboration skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work effectively and independently in a remote environment
• Ability to provide effective remote supervision and support to clinical staff
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs, kneel, squat, and perform computer-based work for extended periods

Compensation & Benefits

Pay via Get A Job.ai: Compensation structure includes an initial 90-day salary period based on $68,000–$89,250 annually while building caseload. After 90 days, maintain a minimum average of 30 billable hours per week for salaried compensation, or transition to hourly at $51–$67 per clinical billable hour based on experience.
