Inside Sales Representative (USABlueBook) – Remote

Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential distribution client in their search for a remote Inside Sales Representative. This role combines new business development with customer service excellence, supporting a growing customer base across the United States.

In this position, you'll drive revenue growth through proactive outreach while managing the full sales cycle from initial contact through order fulfillment. You'll serve as a trusted resource for product information, pricing, and project support.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for new sales opportunities through outbound calling and email campaigns
• Facilitate the sales process including project management, order tracking, and issue resolution
• Generate profitable growth through consistent quota attainment
• Provide accurate product pricing by consulting pricing resources and maintaining margin targets
• Respond to customer order and quotation requests received via phone, email, and written correspondence
• Perform estimating, take-off, and proposal preparation as needed
• Deliver exceptional customer service and support across all account levels
• Escalate complex or unusual situations to leadership as appropriate

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED strongly preferred
• 2-5 years of experience in sales or a related customer-facing role
• Proven ability to generate new business through outbound prospecting
• Strong communication skills across phone, email, and written channels
• Experience managing multiple customer requests and sales projects simultaneously
• Comfort with pricing analysis and margin management
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking tools preferred

Pay

Pay via Get A Job.ai: $19.62-$23.65 per hour. Compensation is determined based on experience, skills, and other factors.
