About This Opportunity

Responsibilities
- Find and qualify leads according to established criteria
- Conduct cold outreach to prospects and maintain regular follow-up
- Work with prepared sales messaging and suggest improvements
- Engage in sales conversations with prospects
- Schedule sales calls and consultations with qualified leads
- Update and maintain prospect database daily
- Meet sales quotas and revenue targets while delivering excellent customer experience
- Plan and execute outreach strategy
- Report progress to supervisor
What We're Looking For
- Availability to work US hours (4am to 2pm PST)
- At least 1 year of appointment setting or online sales experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Understanding of effective communication tools and techniques
- Ability to create customer proposals related to solutions
- Strong funnel management skills and basic Excel proficiency
- Consultative sales approach with focus on customer education
- Detail-oriented with passion for sales and results
- Conversational English (minimum B2 level)
- Quiet workspace with reliable fast internet, webcam, and microphone for video calls
