Partnership Marketing Associate

Our talent team is representing a confidential partnership management agency in a high-growth phase. This organization works with leading global brands to manage affiliate programs, brand partnerships, influencer marketing, and podcast collaborations. We're seeking a Partnership Marketing Associate to join their Chicago office in a hybrid capacity.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career to gain exposure to multiple facets of partnership marketing while working with top-tier clients. You'll be part of a collaborative, fast-paced team environment and contribute to meaningful growth initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Support account management for client partnership programs
• Build and maintain relationships with publisher affiliates and networks globally
• Coordinate with publishers and clients through email and calls, representing our client professionally
• Work with data using spreadsheet tools to analyze performance, optimize campaigns, and support decision-making
• Create presentation decks and client deliverables
• Research solutions independently and bring recommendations to the team
• Drive innovation and identify creative solutions for client user acquisition needs

What We're Looking For

• Internship-level experience required; 1+ years in a client-facing role is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong proficiency with Google Spreadsheets and Microsoft Excel
• Experience creating presentations in Microsoft PowerPoint
• KPI-driven mindset with strong attention to detail and analytical capabilities
• Quick learner who can adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Good eye for design
• Resourceful and able to research independently
• Ability to work in the Chicago office at least two days per week (hybrid arrangement)
