We are representing a confidential food delivery client in their search for a Business Development Manager based in Bristol. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing marketplace platform and play a key role in expanding their restaurant partner network across Bristol and the South West region.

In this field-based role, you'll be the face of our client in your territory, discovering local dining gems, building relationships with restaurant owners, and driving commercial growth through strategic partnerships. Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, pitch, and close new restaurant partnerships across Bristol and the South West region
• Conduct face-to-face visits, calls, and digital outreach to demonstrate the platform's value to potential partners
• Manage the complete onboarding process to ensure partners launch quickly and efficiently
• Monitor partner performance during the critical first eight weeks to drive long-term success
• Act as a local market expert, staying ahead of dining trends and identifying high-potential establishments
• Attend industry events and food meetups to build your network and market knowledge
• Work toward demanding monthly targets while structuring mutually beneficial commercial agreements

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management with a track record of meeting targets
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to structure win-win commercial deals
• Understanding of marketplace economics or food delivery business models
• Exceptional communication skills across face-to-face, phone, and email channels
• Self-motivated and tenacious with strong ownership of your territory and results
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
• Valid UK driving licence and access to a car required (frequent travel across Bristol and surrounding areas)
• Passion for food, hospitality, and local business communities
