Benefits Enrollment Specialist – Work From Home

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential insurance organization that has served working families across North America for over 70 years. Our client specializes in financial protection products for union members, credit union participants, and association groups. They are seeking a Benefits Enrollment Specialist to join their remote client services team.

This is a fully remote position available to candidates located anywhere in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide clients with benefit and enrollment information through virtual consultations
• Confirm eligibility and assist with required documentation for coverage programs
• Respond to incoming service requests and client questions in a timely manner
• Help clients understand their existing coverage and available options
• Review individual household needs and identify appropriate benefit solutions
• Present personalized recommendations using established analysis tools
• Maintain professional communication throughout the client relationship lifecycle
• Stay current on program updates, products, and procedures through ongoing leadership communication
