We are representing a confidential digital healthcare partner seeking a Senior Campaign Manager for a 6-month contract engagement in the United Kingdom, with the possibility to extend. This role offers an exceptional opportunity to lead omnichannel campaign strategy and execution for pharmaceutical clients, driving measurable behavioral change across priority audiences while ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
Responsibilities
- Define and lead client engagement plans and omnichannel roadmaps aligned to strategic imperatives and allocated budgets
- Deliver end-to-end campaigns for pharmaceutical clients, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory guidelines
- Translate client strategic imperatives into actionable campaign frameworks, mapping channels, content, and timing to engagement objectives
- Design connected user journeys across campaigns aligned to audience behavioral targets
- Continuously optimize engagement plans based on performance data and commercial impact
- Oversee development of compliant materials ensuring adherence to industry standards and best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, digital, content, project management) in a matrix environment to ensure timely campaign delivery
- Monitor campaign performance and conduct post-launch analysis, providing data-driven insights and optimization recommendations
- Build and maintain strong client relationships ensuring satisfaction throughout the engagement
- Establish clear objectives and benchmarks for all campaigns with tracked performance metrics
- Provide regular performance updates and recommendations to clients and leadership
What We're Looking For
- Experience: 5+ years in campaign management, preferably within pharmaceutical or healthcare industries; experience in haematology and/or rare disease is a bonus
- Agency background: Marketing agency experience is highly desirable
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or CIM equivalent qualifications
- Campaign expertise: Proven track record managing multi-channel campaigns across digital, print, and events
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal skills with ability to engage clients, senior leadership, and internal stakeholders effectively
- Analytics: Strong analytical capabilities with experience in campaign performance metrics and translating insights into actionable strategies
- Strategic thinking: Ability to balance strategic vision with tactical execution and day-to-day campaign management
- Technology: Familiarity with CRM systems, analytics platforms, social media, and advertising tools
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders in matrix environments and deliver measurable results
- Location: Must be based in or eligible to work in the United Kingdom
