About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential corporate travel organization seeking a Senior Travel Consultant to join their team remotely across the UK and Europe. Our client helps businesses optimize their travel programs through expert consultation and comprehensive booking services.

This is a full-time, remote position based in London, United Kingdom, offering the flexibility to work virtually while serving an international client base.

Responsibilities

  • Search, book, and confirm complex travel reservations for corporate clients
  • Provide expert consultation on client travel policies and ensure consistent compliance
  • Navigate and fulfill requests regarding travel regulations, documentation requirements, and industry standards
  • Deliver comprehensive industry information including fare options, exchange costs, and penalty structures
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and strengthen client relationships
  • Maintain current knowledge across all supported travel sectors and communicate updates proactively

What We're Looking For

  • Extensive experience as a travel agent or travel consultant in a corporate environment
  • Excellent proficiency in GDS Sabre (required)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Solid working knowledge of the travel industry, including policies, procedures, and standard processes
  • Customer service mindset with the ability to communicate effortlessly with clients
  • Proven ability to manage multiple client requests efficiently
