About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential pharmaceutical services organization seeking an Associate Director of CRM Software Engineering to lead platform capabilities and technical architecture for their Patient Access programs. This is a strategic technical leadership role where you'll bridge business requirements with robust CRM solutions that directly impact patient outcomes.
As part of our talent team at Get A Job.ai, we're looking for a hands-on technical leader who can drive CRM platform strategy while remaining deeply involved in design, architecture, and implementation. You'll collaborate with technology and business stakeholders to shape platform direction and deliver exceptional client solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical design and implementation of CRM platform solutions across the full software development lifecycle
- Develop and plan CRM platform implementations supporting client delivery and patient access services
- Participate in all phases of the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with various technology units
- Design infrastructure and software development environments in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Build and maintain team-based software development practices, recommending and implementing development tools
- Demonstrate technical capabilities to technical, operations, and client stakeholders
- Manage platform development resources and measure application development practices
- Translate complex business requirements into actionable system architecture
- Guide change management and user adoption to ensure effective system utilization
- Provide troubleshooting and infrastructure support as needed
- Supervise Software Development Managers, Architects, Engineers, and Test Engineers
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications:
- BS degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years of software development oversight in technical environments
- 3+ years of people leadership experience
- Deep expertise with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing)
- 3+ years hands-on experience with Power Platform and Microsoft Dataverse (Power Apps, Power Automate)
- 5+ years working in Microsoft Azure Cloud environments
- Strong knowledge of software architecture and design patterns
- Extensive experience with Microsoft.NET stack (Visual Studio, Azure DevOps, C# or VB, ASP.NET, MVC, Angular, Node.js, Web Services/API development)
- Advanced knowledge of Relational Database Management Systems (Microsoft SQL Server or Oracle)
- In-depth understanding of integration capabilities between platforms, third-party software, legacy systems, and Azure services
- Solid grasp of Agile development principles and complete SDLC phases
- Innovation mindset with focus on problem-solving and effective technology application
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-through to successful completion
- Flexibility with work hours
Beneficial Qualifications:
- Knowledge of software validation in FDA-regulated environments (21 CFR Part 11, HIPAA, E2B)
- Experience with AI integration and Copilot tools for workflow automation and case management
- Background developing healthcare solutions, particularly patient access services for specialty pharmacy environments
- Familiarity with No-SQL databases and Snowflake
