About This Opportunity

As a Customer Operations Executive, you'll be at the frontline of customer experience, supporting the sales and operations channels. This is a hybrid role based in London, requiring three days per week in the office.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer enquiries via telephone and email, providing accurate information and resolving queries
- Request and collect necessary documentation from borrowers through various communication channels
- Maintain and update the Salesforce CRM system to ensure loan applications progress smoothly through the pipeline
- Build and maintain productive relationships with third-party suppliers and internal departments
- Support business reporting by ensuring data accuracy and timely updates
- Proactively identify risks, issues, or control weaknesses and implement appropriate mitigation strategies
- Leverage approved AI tools to streamline workflows and enhance personal productivity

- Confidence in using approved AI tools safely and effectively
- Experience with Salesforce CRM is advantageous but not essential
