About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential mobile gaming client in Hamburg that is building high-performing consumer products at significant scale. Our talent team is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own critical product domains that directly impact millions of users and drive measurable business outcomes.

This is a hybrid role based in Hamburg, Germany, with flexibility to work from home on Mondays and Fridays, and office presence required Tuesday through Thursday.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product domains including reward economy mechanics, payout structures, tiering systems, and promotional levers that directly influence profitability
• Drive user activation, retention, and long-term engagement through onboarding flows, progression systems, streaks, quests, and reactivation strategies
• Evaluate new growth opportunities from initial hypothesis through go/no-go decision across product expansion, market opportunities, and distribution channels
• Lead rigorous A/B testing processes by defining hypotheses, designing statistically sound experiments, interpreting results, and making data-driven decisions
• Collaborate with a dedicated Data Analyst to uncover opportunities, validate assumptions, and continuously optimize product performance
• Partner across Engineering, Design, Commercial, User Acquisition, Customer Support, and Leadership to align priorities and deliver impactful improvements
• Represent your product domain to leadership using data, user insights, and business context to influence strategic direction

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of Product Management experience in consumer-facing digital products, particularly mobile apps, gaming, marketplaces, subscriptions, ad-tech, fintech, or high-growth B2C environments
• Proven track record owning consumer products at scale (hundreds of thousands of monthly active users or more)
• Strong business acumen with ability to balance user needs, commercial objectives, and technical constraints to maximize long-term value
• Deep understanding of incentive design, reward mechanics, and progression systems that motivate users while maintaining healthy unit economics
• Extensive experience running A/B tests, defining hypotheses, interpreting data, and making evidence-based product decisions with strong statistical thinking
• Data literacy and comfort working with product metrics in collaboration with analytics teams
• Strategic mindset combined with hands-on execution capabilities, from writing specifications to reviewing experiment results and driving delivery
• Collaborative approach with ability to build strong partnerships across cross-functional teams
• Intellectual honesty, comfort with ambiguity, ownership mentality, and ability to thrive in fast-moving environments
• Willingness to embrace AI tools to work more efficiently and focus on high-impact activities
