Verantwortlichkeiten
- Verantwortung für den technischen Betrieb von Immobilien inklusive Betreiberpflichten und Compliance-Anforderungen
- Führung und Steuerung des Technikteams, Planung von Einsätzen und effiziente Koordination von Ressourcen
- Organisation von Instandhaltungs-, Umbau- und Reparaturmaßnahmen mit Qualitätssicherung und Budgetverantwortung
- Entwicklung von Prozessen und Instandhaltungsstrategien sowie Sicherstellung der Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorschriften
- Regelmäßiges Reporting, Abstimmung mit Auftraggebern und Funktion als zentrale Schnittstelle zu Behörden
Was wir suchen
- Technische Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Facility Management, Bauingenieurwesen, Elektrotechnik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als technischer Objektverwalter, technischer Property Manager, Leiter Facility Management oder in vergleichbarer Position
- Fundierte Kenntnisse relevanter Vorschriften, Normen sowie im Bereich Arbeitssicherheit und Betreiberverantwortung
- Ausgeprägte Organisationsfähigkeit und Entscheidungsstärke
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und CAFM-Systemen
- Führerschein Klasse B
