Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential infrastructure organization in Minden seeking a Civil Engineer (m/w/d) for Project Management and Construction Supervision.

In this role, you will:

• Plan and manage infrastructure and construction projects from concept phase through implementation
• Handle project execution and on-site construction supervision while ensuring compliance with quality standards, budgets, and timelines
• Work on new construction and renovation projects, providing support on diverse technical issues
• Conduct structural condition assessments and evaluate existing structures
• Prepare reports, documentation, and technical evaluations
• Guide projects through all service phases from planning to completion

What We're Looking For

• Completed degree in Civil Engineering or comparable qualification (e.g., Hydraulic Engineering, Structural Engineering, Building Services, Infrastructure Planning)
• Professional experience as a project planner, project engineer, or site-based civil engineer
• Background in drinking water supply, pipeline construction, or structural inspection
• Proficiency with MS Office; valid Class B driver's license ideally held
• Structured, reliable, and service-oriented work style with strong teamwork skills and ability to work independently
• Business-fluent German language skills
