Responsibilities
We are representing a confidential engineering consultancy in Munich seeking a Project Engineer for Building Services to join their team. In this role, you will support project leadership in planning and executing technical building systems projects from concept through completion.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Supporting project management in the planning and successful delivery of building services engineering projects
- Developing object- and client-specific building services solutions and producing technical planning outputs
- Providing technical consultation to clients and presenting your developed planning solutions
- Ensuring high quality of engineering planning deliverables while maintaining strict adherence to project schedules
- Actively assisting project leadership with the processing and coordination of contract variations and amendments
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate will have:
- A degree in building services engineering, energy and environmental technology, or building energy systems; alternatively, qualification as a Techniker or Meister with relevant professional experience
- Several years of experience as a project engineer, technical planner, or technician in building services
- Practical knowledge of technical building equipment and experience in planning and executing building systems projects
- Proficiency with standard MS Office applications
- Structured and reliable working approach with strong adherence to deadlines
- High quality awareness and independent working style
- Ability to communicate technical planning results clearly to clients
