Responsibilities
We are representing a confidential organization in Bonn seeking a 1st-Level Support professional to join their IT team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for incoming IT requests and technical issues.
Your core responsibilities include:
- Receiving and processing incoming IT support requests from end users
- Analyzing and resolving technical issues related to hardware and software
- Supporting users with troubleshooting and guidance on IT systems
- Documenting incidents and their resolutions in the ticketing system
- Escalating complex issues to second-level support teams when necessary
- Assisting with installation, configuration, and ongoing support of IT workstations
What We're Looking For
Our client is seeking someone with a solid foundation in IT support and strong communication skills:
- Completed vocational training as IT Specialist for System Integration, IT Systems Electronics Technician, IT Business Manager, or comparable qualification
- Previous experience in 1st-level support, IT support, or a similar position is ideal
- Solution-oriented approach with strong communication skills when working with end users
- Structured and methodical working style
- Good German language skills required
